We did our last frames that we are going to do this year. I asked them to write about Kindergarten. What is the Big Idea of Kinder? What is the perspective of a Kindergartener? What questions do you still have and what are the Rules-what is always true about Kinder? The consensus seems to be that Kinder is to get ready for 1st Grade!
Now this one took me a minute to figure out. You see, I eat in the Teacher's Lounge almost every day. One of my students will take my lunch in for me and I always joke that the lounge is where teachers go to destress. I always say "don't look at the hot tub, kids aren't supposed to know it's in there"! :) They almost believed me for a while.
