Not sure bullies and bad guys are a selling point, probably seen too many science fiction movies.

Planet Real Estate
We have been learning about the solar system and I asked the kids to use what they learned about the various planets to create brochures a real estate agent might use to sell land on their planet. They came up with reasons like: move to Mercury, you could get a great tan, or Neptune is a very quiet place to live. We looked at some brochures for some New York real estate so I'm not sure where the lowball numbers came from ! :)
